Author Details - Tony Wilson, BA, LLB

Tony Wilson has practiced in the field of franchise law since 1988, and is ranked as a leading Canadian franchise lawyer by LEXPERT. He is a member of the Canadian Franchise Association (CFA), having served as Legal Advisor to its Pacific Region. Practising as Associate Counsel through Boughton Law Corporation in Vancouver, he advises franchisors, franchisees, and master franchisees throughout Canada on all aspects of franchise law.

Wilson is also an Adjunct Professor with the School of Criminology at Simon Fraser University and teaches Canadian contract law to graduate students.
