Before you purchase a downloadable kit, we suggest you spend a few minutes reading this page and becoming familiar with the steps you will be taking.
Please note: The time it takes to download a file depends on a large number of factors, including the speed of your connection to your Internet Service Provider (ISP), the speed of the connections between your ISP and our web server, and whether other people are also downloading from our site. The software files available for download from our site range in size from less than a half-megabyte to about 3.5 megabytes. On a dial-up connection, the largest files we supply may take about 10 minutes to download. If you have a DSL or cable connection to the Internet, those same files could take as little as 20 seconds to download.

The download will take a few seconds, or a few minutes, depending on the speed of your connection to the Internet and traffic conditions on the Internet. While the download is taking place, you will see a message similar to this:
When the download is finished, if the message illustrated above has not closed, click on the small "X" in the top right corner of the message, to close it. You have completed your download and the software is now ready to be installed.
