Most provincial governments have Internet Websites that provide information on small claims courts, though the quality and depth of information is varied. As Web addresses frequently change, please use the sites listed below as guidance only.

GOVERNMENT SITES
Alberta
Small claims information list of forms and publications, which can be downloaded and printed in Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) format. General information on provincial court (federal statutes and regulations) and more specific forms, such as Civil Claims Form, Affidavit of Service, etc.
British Columbia
Small claims court information — general description of small claims court, along with information on making a claim, serving documents, replying to a claim, preparing for court, getting results, and civil rules. You can download or print material in Adobe Acrobat format (pdf).
Manitoba
Small claims information on the Statutory publications Web site. Most statutes are offered online and can be downloaded and printed. Use the Search box on the page to search for small claims.
New Brunswick
