She has argued cases at all levels of the justice system, from the Provincial Court to the Supreme Court of Canada. Jean has taught Family Law and Women and the Law at the University of Alberta and is the author of many articles on family law for lawyers and laypeople. She is a frequent lecturer to lawyers, law students, and laypeople on issues related to family law. |
