Product Description for Yukon Divorce Kit (Sole):
This kit is software which only works on a Windows PC. The kit contains complete, step-by-step instructions you need to complete an uncontested divorce. All the blank forms you will need are included, together with examples of how many of the forms may be completed.
Please note that an uncontested divorce is one where you and your spouse have already agreed on all substantial issues: division of assets, child and spousal support, and child custody and access.
A "Sole" divorce application is one where one spouse undertakes the paperwork and court filing; the other spouse must agree to sign the papers and not dispute the action.
A "Joint" divorce application is one where both spouses work together to prepare the paperwork and undertake the court filing.
In Yukon, the only procedure available is for a sole divorce filing.
