The new Act repeals the <i>Wills Act</i>, <i>Intestate Succession Act</i>, <i>Dependents’ Relief Act,</i>, <i>Survivorship Act</i>, and <i>s. 47 Trustee Act</i>. It also amends the <i>Amends Matrimonial Property Act</i> to allow for MPA applications after death of spouse.</p>
