Author Details - Dale Walters, CPA, PFS, CFP with Sally Taylor, CPA, PFS, CFP® (US), MSFP, and David Levine, CA, CPA.

Dale Waters is partner and CEO of KeatsConnelly, the largest North American crossborder wealth management firm. He holds a BS in Accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant, Personal Financial Specialist, certified financial planner™ Professional (US and Canada), and a NAPFA (National Association of Personal Financial Advisors) Registered Financial Advisor. He was named Top US Financial Advisor by Mutual Funds Magazine in 2001 and 2002. He lives in Arizona. His book Buying Real Estate in the US: The Concise Guide for Canadians is also published by Self-Counsel Press.


Sally Taylor cpa, pfs, cfp® (US), msfp is the Director of Financial Planning, a Senior Planner, and a partner at KeatsConnelly. She has an extensive background in alternative assets, tax planning and estate planning, and most recently has added cross-border Canadian/US tax and financial planning to her wide-ranging areas of expertise. Sally has worked with KeatsConnelly since 2007.


David Levine ca, cpa is a partner and the International Tax Manager at Keats-Connelly and has practiced in the cross border tax area for more than 25 years. He joined Keats-Connelly in 2005.
