Avrum Nadigel has been a therapist for more than 15 years, combining Family Systems, Psychodynamic and Mindfulness perspectives. He has a Master’s in Social Work from McGill University, a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University, and post-graduate training in the highly respected Bowen Theory from the Western Pennsylvania Family Center. He currently lives in Toronto.
