  2. Shipping

    We ship only to addresses in the U.S.A. and Canada. If you want to purchase one of our books in another country, please check our list of distributors or browse our vast selection of ebooks and downloadable products.

  3. Refunds

    Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any of the following items you purchased from the Self-Counsel website, for any reason, for a full refund (we’ll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error):

    • Any book in its original condition.
    • Any unopened (still sealed in its original holder) CD product.

    We can not accept returns of:

    • Downloaded software.
    • Any book that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
    • Any book sold at a discount of 40 percent or more (“Special” items).
